Hi, I’m Kevin 👋

I’m a passionate consultant working at Netlight and a coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

With experience working with both large companies and small startups, I specialize in agile methodologies, mentoring, coaching, leadership, productivity, process improvement, team building, and well-being.

Drawing from my background in sports and love for travel and adventure, I emphasize kindness, positivity, and smarter ways to work. In 2019, I founded Kevness, I’m now based in Munich, and I’m committed to helping others reach their full potential.
